I am the Program Manager for the STEM Ambassador Program where I guide scientists in carrying out engagement activities outside traditional science learning settings, in venues such as correctional facilities, senior centers, and cafes, to increase public access to science.

I am a STEM educator and researcher with a background in biology and environmental biotechnologies, with broad interests in concepts that span the STEM disciplines.

I am a biomedical scientist who now works to promote a culture of science outreach among scientists, and to support those interested in participating in science outreach activities or initiatives. 

Kyle Marian Viterbo

Project: Building A Case Study Database for Science Outreach Initiatives in the United States,

Kyle Marian Viterbo is a former scientist, current science communications consultant who produces The Symposium: Academic StandUp shows and workshops. She has worked in and studied science communications and public engagement theory and practice in the US and UK. Like Jeanne, she has encountered many independent and institution-based outreach practitioners who can gain strategic knowledge from each other’s projects. Together we are working towards creating an easily accessible library of case studies for the community.
